Details: The main consideration in this project was the trapezoidal plan which had to be looked into and yet making it plane rectangular plan from the outer boundary. The client wanted all the functions in a house in which inducing all those was a challenge due to the small premise of the plot.

The solution was to utilize most of the area functionally with less circulation and more storage space. The rooms are avoided with acute corner spaces by providing the storage there. Considering of direction as per Vaastu shastra, small temple was arranged in a private corner. Overall, three bedrooms and balconies were carved out for systematic, fulfilling and functional plan.
